Next Hype is one of the studios replacing the product photo: renderings, reels and characters for Nike, Adidas, Puma, Volvo, Logitech, Swisscom and Migros, for more than a hundred clients from fourteen industries. None of it ever stood in front of a camera.

Brands are producing fewer and fewer of their images in a photo studio. A rendered product needs no sample, no set and no travel, it can be rolled out in any colour and any format, and it is finished before the first prototype leaves the factory. As the market grows, so does the number of studios courting the same brands, and the winners will be those who show rather than tell. In 2025 Next Hype therefore rebuilds its own web presence. Until then, the work has mostly lived on social media; from now on, a stage of its own is to win new brands, host the agency's shop and share the corporate design of the project platform Nextdata.

• Agency site in the new corporate design • Three reels for three markets • Showreel for browser and feed • Logo wall of references • Enquiry in one click • Shop with its own products • Built for the phone • Delivered as designed

Show, don't tell

An agency whose work is this visually powerful needs a site that takes a back seat. The page opens with a face made of light and a single sentence, "creating quality 3d marketing affecting people", and then sorts the work into three reels: Commercial, Lifestyle and Entertainment. Where other agencies list services, there are three principles, "artist-led approach", "robust r&d backbone" and "broad services". No more text is needed; the images do the rest.

Rendered, not photographed

At its heart is the showreel: 24 seconds of vehicles, an underwater world, macro shots of shapes and surfaces, and characters in scenes. It switches between landscape and portrait, because brands see it on the wall in a pitch as much as in the feed on their phone. Everything in it is rendered, nothing photographed, and that is exactly the selling point.

One wall, one button

At the end there is no contact page but a wall full of brands, from Nike to Migros, with a red button in the middle: "join". Anyone representing a brand sees at a glance what company they would be keeping, and is one click away from an enquiry. The references make the pitch; the button closes the deal.

Four brands, one house

The collaboration with Next Hype begins in 2024, before Orbit was founded, with the coin project Only Friends Club. From it grows a partnership across four brands: the agency, the project platform Nextdata, the Only Friends Club and the artist collective Team Black Cat, each with its own case and its own signature style. At Orbit all four live under one roof without having to look alike.

For an agency that creates images every day that look more real than reality, its own site is the toughest reference of all. Next Hype raises the bar a little with every project, and we are grateful for that: hardly any partner has shaped Orbit's work as much.
