Trajectory is Orbit's cockpit: leads, projects, contracts, payments and the work of people and AI agents, for every tenant in a single view.

A typical agency works with a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce, a board such as Jira or Trello, a chat such as Slack, accounting software such as Bexio and a handful of spreadsheets in between. Every handover is a place where something gets lost. Orbit builds for Walzpunkt, Kabelschweiz and a dozen other clients at the same time, with people and AI agents, and needs one place where all of it comes together. In May 2026 Trajectory starts as a task board with a single question: who is working on what right now? By October it has grown into the company's cockpit, with leads, finances, communication and calendar.

• One table for all tasks • Inputs from board, chat, phone and email • Control and Hangar for the agents • One timeline across all tenants • Leads from the commercial register • The contract is the invoice, with a QR-bill • An accounting journal for the fiduciary • AI in the header

Every report in its place

Tasks arise everywhere: on the board, in chat, on the phone, from agents, by email and through the "Bug gefunden?" button on every interface Orbit delivers. Since September 2026 every input writes a row into the same table, with tenant, project, page and media, and later with the feedback of the person who completed it. Nobody has to transfer a report by hand any more, and nobody sees only half of what is open.

How far each project has come is shown by the timeline: one row per tenant, from Orbit itself through Walzpunkt, Kinetra and Kabelschweiz to Pulse, Inkbase and Anno 2070, every dot an event, selectable from the last hour to the whole year.

Agents on a leash

AI agents are only as good as the direction they are given. In Control every job is a row with intent, goal, stage and status, the gates show which checks a change must pass, and the scoreboard measures the agents by real values instead of their own reports. Anyone who wants to watch them at work opens the Hangar: every instance stands as a rocket on its pad, next to it a live stream of what the agent is reading, writing and planning right now.

The moment is on record

The moment a company buys is a matter of public record in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce: an incorporation, a new name, a new purpose, new management, a move. Since the end of September 2026 Trajectory's lead engine reads around a thousand such notices every working day, checks what the company's website is missing, and assigns a score with a reason for every point and one of the classes A, B, C or X. A human decides whether a lead is taken on, and the engine stores people only in their business role.

From contract to the books

In Trajectory a contract is also the invoice: line items, VAT, deposit and a Swiss QR-bill. The client signs online and pays by card or TWINT, and only what the payment provider confirms for exactly the amount requested counts as paid. At the end an export gives the fiduciary an accounting journal based on the Swiss SME chart of accounts: from first contact to bookkeeping without a single figure being retyped.

One project, one step

A new project sets up everything that belongs to it in one step: the board, the entry in Relay, the case area the client opens, and the reference in the sign-in system. If a permission is missing anywhere, the step reports an error instead of silently doing nothing. For Envoys who refer clients to Orbit, Trajectory writes NFC invitation cards.

AI in the header

Comms bundles team chat, calendar, rooms and calls, built from the same building blocks as Orbit's other interfaces. In the header sits the AI: a question there goes to Orbit's own language model on Orbit's servers, not to a service somewhere abroad.

The first screen in the morning

Trajectory is live at Orbit and runs the leads, projects, contracts, invoices and costs of all tenants. What began as a board for a few agents has become the first screen someone at Orbit opens every morning, and the last one to close at night.
